Digipak Cover

This project falls into an unusual musical genre: Gypsy jazz. The album, titled “Refuge, revolves around the Vallée de Joux in the canton of Vaud, in French-speaking Switzerland.
I chose to focus on the local flora and fauna. The cover features a chimera composed of a chamois's head, a lynx's body, and capercaillie wings. The inside illustrations include bee orchids and a thistle, and the back liner depicts one of the small cabins—numerous refuges offering shelter throughout the valley.
Many thanks to Loïc Grobéty and his fellow musicians for their trust and for offering me this enriching adventure.
Please have a listen here.
